My niece can count to 10 in english AND spanish!!! Is that normal?? She also talks in sentences - not just words here and there. She talks in sentences and understands what you're saying to her without talking in a baby talk type. I'm thinking we have a genious on our hands!!

I think she's quite advanced.
When my friends' daughter was a little older than that, she could count and speak a little in english, spanish and german. She loved to learn, and loved to copy mom and dad. They were always listening to Language Learning cd's and I think they didn't realize she could understand it too.
That is VERY very impressive!
